Cement Plants

R E Group company has constructed the biggest cement plant in Iran with a capacity of 4,000 tons per day. The raw material silos with 14m dia. And 80m height was the biggest silo of the world at that time. We used the slip-form construction for these silos for the first time in Iran.

Apart from construction of civil works and entire steel structure, we are able to manufacture 65% of the heavy machinery and equipment for a 3,000 tons per day cement plant.

It is worth mentioning that we designed and built a 72 meter span steel structure for Abyek plant using our own alloyed steel plates of St. 60.
